Be careful with this company. We ordered two seperate orders for 600 blankets. The first order was on about 2/3/23 and the second on about 3/3/23. I understand that they go on Holiday in February — we knew that in advance. However, once they returned our first order shipment was pushed to 3/16, and then something like 4/4 and then 4/16. we were told the second order would be shipping shortly after the first (we had to pull the second order’s white blankets to the first order and push the first orders ivory blankets to the second… that way they could at least ship one order because neither orders by themselves were ready to ship).
That said, when they did ship the first order we also got notification that the second order was shipped. We didn’t think anything of it and simply figured that they had completed the orders. wrong. they uploaded one tracking number for both orders. it is now May 3rd and I noticed they both had the same tracking number. The second order hasn’t shipped.
